How often we find a work email or mobile number, by region, seniority and company size.

We look up emails and phone numbers live for each request. We don't store them in our database. Each find rate is the percentage of people for whom we found the requested contact detail.

## Profile quality

Coverage counts every profile. Every other figure uses quality profiles only, so incomplete ones do not pull it down. Here is what sets them apart, and how many there are.

A quality profile meets the three rules below. A profile left out counts once, under the first rule it fails, in this order.

1. At least one position
2. At least one follower
3. Page still online at the last collection

A company is active when its page was still online at the last collection.

An incomplete profile still tells you a person exists and where to find them, with no credits spent on a live lookup. Filter them out if you need complete profiles.

In the October 29, 2026 snapshot, the Reverse Contact database holds 798M profiles in 249 countries and territories, 386M of them quality profiles, and 72.3M company pages. The largest countries are United States, India, Brazil, China and United Kingdom. The report is updated monthly, and the full report breaks these counts down by region, country and city.

### How fresh is the Reverse Contact data?

In the October 29, 2026 snapshot, 62% of quality profiles were collected from their public source in the last 30 days and 94% in the last 90. Of the dated ones, 50% are under 26 days old, 90% under 56 days, 95% under 123 days and 99% under 212 days (P50 to P99). A profile with no collection date never counts as fresh.

### What is a quality profile in the Reverse Contact database?
